Insurance covered my replacement, and Chris worked diligently with the adjuster to guarantee quick approval. This could have been a stressful process, but Chris took care of everything. I was lucky enough to be connected to CR Exteriors after I had some roof leak issues at my building in Germain Village. Chris made certain that the leaks were controlled so that the businesses could continue to remain open and gave me a number of options that would take care of our problem. We have a flat roof and qualified for a roof repair with CertainTeed Smartcoat. This essentially gave us a new roof for a fraction of the cost and came with a 20 year warranty! Work was done fast and with excellent costumer service. We would certainly use CR Exteriors for another project.
